Expert valuation of business by an expert valuer registered at the County Court in České Budějovice

Apart from being required by law – in certain business situations, the expert valuation of business can be also useful to the Client who likes to know the value of his own business/company. The standard process of preparation of the expert valuation of business consists of the following steps:

Confirmation of the purpose of valuation, signing of the Contract for valuation of the Company, setting of deadlines, handover of the list of documents and information necessary for valuation;
Appointment of the expert appraiser by the relevant court based on the application filed by the Client. In case the valuation is being prepared in a situation where it is NOT required by law, the appointment of the appraiser by the court is, obviously, not required;
Preparation of the expert valuation usually takes from 2 to 5 weeks.
